Restauration des faces palatines par composite direct

Résumé
La restauration des dents érodées suppose souvent des traitements lourds sur les plans humain et financier, car ne laissant souvent pas la possibilité de traitements ponctuels et progressifs. Dans ce contexte, les faces palatines des incisives et canines peuvent être durement touchées, exposant de larges plages de dentine. La technique de stratification directe de composite sembre intéressante, de par son faible coût et son évolutivité, dans un contexte buccal souvent agressif. Un protocole reproductible permet ainsi de reconstruire ces faces, assurant la protection biologique et la fonction au bloc incisivo-canin, notamment lorsque les contacts interincisifs ont été perdus par une augmentation de la dimension verticale.

Restoration of palatal surfaces by direct composite The restoration of eroded teeth often involves substantial personal and financial consequences, as it often does not permit ad hoc and progressive treatments. In this context, the palatal surfaces of the incisors and canines can be severely affected, exposing large areas of dentine. The direct laminating technique of composite seems interesting, due to its low cost and its scalability, in an often challenging oral context. A replicable protocol allows the reconstruction of these surfaces, providing biological protection and function to the incisor-canine sector, especially when the inter-incisor contacts have been lost by increase in the vertical dimension.
