MAXILLARY OVERDENTURE WITH COMPLEMENTARY IMPLANT RETENTION

Implant-retained maxillary overdentures, although they have a lower success rate than their mandibular homologues, are part of our treatment arsenal and have their own specific indications.This type of reconstruction requires principles of preliminary design which take into account the duality of the behavior of the contact surfaces. These principles are illustrated using a clinical case.
